But you’re still here. And that means something.

Acknowledge the Pain, But Don’t Let It Define You

It’s okay to admit that you’re struggling. It’s okay to feel exhausted, empty, or broken. Pushing those feelings down won’t make them disappear—it only makes them heavier. Instead of fighting your pain, acknowledge it. Say it out loud: I am struggling, and that’s okay.
